My name is Iza Sakutova, and I am an international bra fitting expert, trainer, and certified mentor with over 22 years of experience in the lingerie industry.

For more than two decades, I have been helping women feel confident and comfortable in their bodies while training professionals in advanced bra fitting and breast taping techniques through workshops, online courses, and industry events in Poland and abroad. My teaching is rooted in hands-on experience gained from working with thousands of women with different breast sizes, shapes, and tissue types.

Breast taping has become one of my key areas of expertise. Over the years, I have developed my own techniques for shaping and supporting breasts of all sizes, including larger and softer breasts, always prioritizing both effectiveness and safety.
